As of 5 Oct 2026, 17:07What does Coca-Cola do?
Atlanta-based Coca-Cola sells far more than cola: Fanta, Sprite, Powerade, Fuze Tea and many water brands. Mostly it doesn’t bottle the drinks itself. It sells concentrate to bottling companies that make the finished bottles and deliver them to stores. In Germany, for example, that is Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, a separately listed company.
From Coca-Cola, Fanta and Sprite in the drinks fridge, at petrol stations and at the cinema. Fanta was actually invented in Germany in 1940.
