1. Controller

The controller under the GDPR is the provider named in the imprint.

2. Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, your IP address, time of access and requested page are processed in server logs to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after a short period.

3. Statistics (only with consent)

If you click “Accept”, we use PostHog (EU servers) to count page views and understand which content helps. Without consent, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

3a. Language cookie

We store your chosen language in a cookie called NEXT_LOCALE so the site opens in the same language next time. It is technically necessary for the language choice, contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone (§ 25(2) TDDDG).

4. Company logos

Company logos are provided by Logo.dev and served from our own server. Your browser does not connect to any third party to display them.

5. Price data

Share prices are fetched by our server from Yahoo Finance. No personal data about you is sent.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
