Berlin-based Scout24 runs ImmoScout24, Germany’s largest online marketplace for flats and houses, plus portals in Austria and, since February 2026, Fotocasa in Spain. It makes most of its money from estate agents who pay a subscription to list properties. People looking for a home pay too, for example for SuchenPlus (formerly MieterPlus), which offers a digital application folder.
If you look for a flat in Germany, you will almost certainly end up on ImmoScout24. If you ever booked MieterPlus or SuchenPlus, you paid Scout24 directly.
